Valhalla is nestled in shady trees on the eastern shore of Lake Wallenpaupack.  Used all year round, the cabin is off the main road and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.  Come swim in the area's largest lake, drive the scenic Pocono back roads, or just settle down for an inspired read of your favorite book.

What you want to know about the cabin

Sleeping Accommodations

  • The cabin sleeps up to 8
    - 3 private bedrooms
    - 5 beds in the cozy lofting sleep

Cooking

The large kitchen and screened in porch fit even the most sizeable crowds for dinner!  Utensils, dishware, pots and pans are ready to use along with modern appliances including up to date stove and oven and plenty of working counter space.  Use the gas grill to fire up some good eats or use the stone grill on the terrace.

Lake Access

Valhalla is genuine lakefront property; situated on a spot of Lake Wallenpaupack which is almost a mile wide.   Swimming is encouraged and mightily refreshing in summer.   Come down and use the large floating dock for sun-bathing, fishing, or finishing up that summer reading list you have been thinking about.
